You Are So Brave

You are so brave!  You stand there, full of life and love, and you stay,  you wait. You wait on the One who orders your steps.  You choose not to want what others have, not to seek to be like them but rather to embrace who you are called to be.  You are still and in the stillness you are being crafted, molded into the fullness of who you were created to be. 

Within you lies greatness.   You can feel it in the pit of your being as your whole world comes to life when you do that thing, the thing, which you were created for.  Only a good God could give you your greatest joy {such pleasure} when you are fulfilling your purpose.  You step into it by faith.  A little blindly at first perhaps...

Questions may come. Will I be as good at this as others?  Will I do it right the first time?  What if others do not appreciate this thing that I love to do? And the whispers begin:

Look up here, sweet one.  I do this thing in you and through you.  I don’t leave you alone in it.  When you put Me first, seek Me first, I will give you everything you need.  Only I can promote you.  Keep your eyes on Me and live this life, do this thing, as unto Me and for Me.  Don’t look to the right or the left.  I haven’t called you to be anyone else.  I haven’t asked you to copy anyone.  Oh, and by the way, I use the foolish things to confound the wise.  I use the imperfect, the broken, and the weak to accomplish great things.  I am after My Glory, not yours.   So let me use you.  We make an amazing team.

And you are so brave.  You say yes to this great calling.  You choose to step into this fullness of less of you.  Into living powerfully by His might.  You offer yourself as a gift to a world in need of what lives inside of you.  

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
