This Blog is written by Kristin Lemus, chosen by the will of God to be a servant to her husband and children. She is called by God to teach freedom to broken and lied to women and lead them back to His loving arms. She has been redeemed with the ultimate purpose of living a life that brings her Heavenly Father great glory. She lives in victory and serves passionately.
Wow, that felt good! The paragraph above is inspired by every book that Paul wrote in the Bible. Have you ever noticed how He starts them off by boldly telling us who he is? He shares that he was a slave to Christ and that he was called and chosen by God to be an apostle.
I LOVE that Paul knew who he was and boldly proclaimed it. We should all follow in his footsteps.
Often, we are not all of the negative things that we think of ourselves. We are all that God says that we are and we need to embrace it, put it on like clothing, and wear it with power and purpose.
So who are you? I want to know? What is God's will for your life? You can be confident that what He has called you to do He WILL equip you for. Who are you meant to serve? What is your purpose and passion?
Go ahead, write out your introduction. Be bold and choose to start seeing yourself as your Heavenly Father sees you.
If, perhaps, you don't know who He says that you are then ask Him. Wait on Him to renew your mind. Devour His Word to find out what He says about you and begin to own it and walk in it.
I am encouraging you today to write out your introduction. I would LOVE to read it if you care to share here. Let's encourage one another to be who God says we are and to own it and declare it boldly.
So who are you?

I'm 57 yrs. old and I've never heard such a directive encouragement to understand such a truth and to be bold in owning the realization and to walk in it with power from on HIGH!
ReplyDeleteI've been praying that GOD would fulfill HIS purpose and make known to me how to go about what is so great upon my heart.
And as my neice shared your post today...as I've read a couple of your blogs; I'm in tears as The HOLY SPIRIT is ministering to my heart of where I need to begin.
Thank you for releasing me of the bondage I've been held under for all my life!
To GOD BE ALL GLORY!
Patsy, You have no idea how it blesses me to read your comments. I pray you are richly blessed as you live out what is in your heart. Yes, to God be all the glory! Anything in me that is good is only Him working in and through me. I am so humbled that He would use a vessel like me to minister His great freedom to others. I praise Him for allowing me to be a small part of the great plans He has for you. Thank you so much for sharing with me!
